Cheryl was always a “do-it” herself type of person and would rather rent a machine from the local allergy relief center and clean her own carpets.  She could never find anybody that could clean carpets as good as she could do it by herself.  That is until we came across Professional Carpet Systems and one of their courteous Cleaning Specialists that came to our house and cleaned our carpets.   We were amazed by the results!   Finally we found someone who could actually clean carpet without damaging baseboards or saturating the carpet so much that it took days to dry.  That was last October!

Fast forward to this October, we currently serve many of Alex’s previous clients with superior service.  Service that Alex and her late husband set the standard for.  Alex and I share the same value systems for the business.
